Things SmartBuild achieved on this project

This is a small development comprising two bespoke new build luxury townhouses in Dublin 4. These two A1 rated 300 sqm brick houses are situated to make the most of their tight triangular site overlooking Belvedere rugby club. Basements are located with courtyards under garden areas and internal and external voids bring light deep into the plans and section making the most of the south light to the front and the basement areas. Multi layering of steel pergolas, screening and planting provides privacy and an interplay of light and shadow to the south facing front elevation living areas. It also links the two houses as a single development forming a single unified elevation to the front. This project was shortlisted for an RIAI award in 2020.
